A NOTE FOR YOU

You Can Put It Down.

Some weeks the tiredness isn't loud. It doesn't announce itself. It just sits underneath everything — while you keep going, keep answering, keep holding the shape of the day together. You're managing. You're fine. And you're so, so tired.

You don't have to do anything about that today. Not fix it, not name it, not turn it into a lesson. This week I made you something you can simply press play on. No steps. Nowhere to get to. Just a little while where nothing is asked of you.

THIS WEEK’S REMINDER

If no one has said it to you this week:
You are allowed to stop.
Not once everything is handled.
Not once you've earned it.
Now — as you are, mid-list, still tired.

YOU CAN PUT IT DOWN.

Let one thing today go unfinished, on purpose.

  a gift just for you
